Shine Leadership is a leadership and development partner whose purpose is to support people and businesses in unlocking the knowledge and confidence needed to perform at their best and truly shine.
My background includes over a decade of experience in the world of retail, in a large global business. I get what it's like to work in corporate environments and the fast-paced, performance focused highs and lows that exist in that space. I also know how important leadership and people development is, and how transformative coaching can be.
Working with teams and leaders I recognised that so many people want to grow their confidence and understand how they can lead with more impact, and that’s where I am here to help.
I hold a Level 7 certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and a Level 5 certificate in Operational Coaching and Accredited Internal Coaching. I am also a certified LPI Performance Consultant.
